"Bad timing and not enough options"
I really like the idea of this store, but the selection just wasn’t there when I went. The timing was frustrating too because I had specifically stopped in hoping to pick up a few basic scents I needed, and everything felt either too similar or just not available. It was kind of disappointing since I was in the mood to browse and actually buy something, but I left empty-handed.

The products themselves were fine, no complaints there. But the shipping cost felt steep for such a small order, and when I reached out about it, support kind of made it feel like it was my fault for not ordering more. That didn’t sit great with me. I’m not sure I’d buy again unless the shipping is cheaper or there’s a better option.

"Pretty much right, just one mix-up"
My order was mostly correct, which I appreciated because I was already hungry and trying to get dinner sorted before sitting down to watch a show. One item ended up being wrong, but everything else was fine and tasted okay, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Their info was easy to find, and it seemed like they actually care about it, not just using it as a selling point. At least, that was the impression I got. The order arrived without any issues too, so overall I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

The order itself was fine, so I assumed everything would show up quickly. Nope, shipping took way longer than I expected. Maybe they were backed up or something, but it was kind of frustrating.

"Easy yes for the price"
Really happy with this order. My quick test is usually, “Does it smell good and does it actually last?” and these oils passed both for me. They smell great, lasted longer than I figured they would, and the price feels totally fair. I’ll definitely grab more when I run out.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too strong for me. It felt overpowering and actually gave me a bit of a headache after I used it. I’m sure some people might enjoy it, but I couldn’t keep using it, if that makes sense.

"Really appreciate the low-waste approach"
I’ve ordered from Perfect Potion a few times now, and uh, one of the things I keep noticing is how much effort they seem to put into being more sustainable. The packaging is simple, there’s not a bunch of unnecessary plastic, and it genuinely feels like they’ve thought about what they’re sending out.
The products themselves are really nice too, but the eco-friendly side is a big reason I keep coming back. It just makes the whole experience feel better. 5 stars from me

I actually like some of their products, but the customer service experience was really frustrating. I reached out for help and it took a few days just to get a response, and when they finally replied, it didn’t even properly answer my question. Like, how is this okay for an online store? I had to follow up again just to get basic info, which was annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected faster and clearer support.

"Easy checkout and decent deals"
Picked up a few oils and some body stuff from Perfect Potion while they had a promo going. The discount went through at checkout fine, no weird steps or mucking around.

Shipping was quicker than I expected and everything turned up packed really nicely. I liked that the sale prices actually felt worth it, so I ended up adding a couple extra bits too.

I’d shop there again, especially when they’ve got offers on. Nice little saving, easy order, and no issues really.

The oils do smell pleasant, and I didn’t dislike them, but I didn’t notice much of an aromatherapy effect. I usually have a high standard for products like this, especially when they’re a bit on the pricier side, and these just didn’t quite meet it for me.
